• AI Basics - what is it and what it is not

• Pros and cons of using general chatbots like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude

• A look at successes and lessons learned from local organizations

• What else can AI do besides chatbots

• AI Governance and Security risks

• How to assess AI readiness in your organization
